Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with engineers from other fields to plan, design, and modify physical infrastructures and sites at Army installations
Oversee digging, trenching, fiber infrastructure installation, and installation support services
Oversee utility connections, grounding, and bonding
Lead site preparation and restoration to its original condition or better after task completion
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations
Manage risks and constraints during infrastructure modernization
Oversee complex projects modernizing and improving Army Test and Evaluation networks

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of experience performing civil engineering for Federal, DoD, or large-scale infrastructure programs
8+ years of experience providing advanced support to site development, utilities design, construction oversight, or complex engineering integration efforts
Experience operating in multi-site, high-complexity, or mission-critical environments
Experience coordinating across various stakeholders and technical disciplines
Experience developing planning and programming documents for construction, renovation, and improvements of real property and facilities
Ability to use Microsoft 365 applications
Secret clearance required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Experience with data analysis platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience with CAD tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D
Experience leading small- to medium-sized technically oriented teams
Experience adapting new technology to complex problems
Knowledge of Army installations, missions, organizations, and Real Property management
PE, PMP, or CFM certifications
