About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create cloud-based technical architectures that meet client needs and leverage cloud capabilities
  • Develop cloud-based solutions for mission-critical applications and products
  • Improve client environments using current cloud capabilities
  • Work with industry leaders to inform strategy and design
  • Ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration process
  • Recommend tools and solutions based on research of current environments and knowledge of on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid resources
  • Collaborate with the team to help clients overcome difficult cloud challenges
  • Develop skills in areas such as AI while developing critical systems for the defense industry

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud architecture
  • 2+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining systems in an enterprise-scale secure environment
  • 2+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, OCI or GCP
  • Experience with scripting tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, or Python
  • Experience with IaC such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
  • Secret clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with cloud development, or 4+ years of experience with cloud development in lieu of a degree
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Baseline Certification within 30 days of hire date
  • Top Secret clearance (nice to have)
  • Cloud Architect Certification or CISSP Certification (nice to have)
