About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee a team of experienced cloud infrastructure professionals
- Guide clients as they modernize IT infrastructure and meet challenging missions
- Build cloud solution components with architects and engineers specializing in Classified System Platforms
- Create and manage container applications within a DevOps framework
- Use Kubernetes and other cloud technologies to support mission objectives
- Partner with stakeholders and lead the team to deliver technical solutions
- Modernize legacy computing platforms and applications or create new systems from scratch
- Support IT systems for JWCC and C2E initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Cloud engineering, architecture, management, maintenance, and enhancement across enterprise environment
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure supporting enterprise-scale Cloud architecture and platform transformation
- Experience designing, engineering, and deploying Cloud-native and hybrid environments supporting mission and data workloads
- Experience with networking, security groups, IAM, routing, and policy management in relation to Cloud resources across UNIX, Linux, and Windows
- Experience building and managing Cloud environments across multiple impact levels, regions, and providers
- Experience supporting DoD or IC Cloud environments, security requirements, and certification frameworks
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and configuration management tools
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
- DoD 8570 Certification such as Security+ Certification
