Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with clients to understand their missions and timelines
Continuously communicate with clients and guide migration of their systems
Support Agile development of a project roadmap
Establish project milestones
Implement metrics to track progress
Manage and maintain project backlogs
Lead sprint ceremonies
Test new capabilities
Work with the team to modernize and migrate critical mission systems to the cloud
Participate in business development
Contribute to employee growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience leading or working with Agile teams in a technical or engineering environment
Experience working with Agile application development teams across the software development lifecycle
Experience with tools such as GitLab or Jira
Experience writing and managing issues such as epics, user stories or tasks
Experience developing clear, well-formed acceptance criteria and definitions of done
Experience managing backlogs
Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe and how to apply them to application development efforts
Ability to lead development teams and communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP
Knowledge of cloud migration strategies
