About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead day-to-day collections activity for several large client accounts
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to resolve outstanding payment issues
- Prepare monthly collection forecasts
- Track daily cash received against targets
- Manage and provide effective oversight of collection controls and processes
- Identify, report, and manage risks related to ethics compliance, cash collections, and cash applications
- Complete identity verification involving biometrics and artificial intelligence during the hiring process
- Remain on camera during interviews and assessments
- Refrain from using AI tools during interviews unless explicitly permitted
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in commercial collections or accounts receivable
- Experience in finance
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strict attention to detail and accuracy
- HS diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship required
- Experience with collections or accounts receivable within the Commercial services industry (nice to have)
- Ability to generate ideas, exhibit creativity and ingenuity, and solve problems quickly (nice to have)
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and develop process efficiencies (nice to have)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including project and time management (nice to have)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (nice to have)
- Bachelor's degree (nice to have)
