Evaluate AI methodologies to make a real-world impact on AI usage in strategic intelligence
Conduct continuous auditing, testing, evaluation, verification, and validation (TEVV)
Mitigate AI risks and shape the future of analytics
Lead complex data exploration and analytics projects for the Department of Defense
Use statistics and advanced data science expertise to help clients and stakeholders interpret data and achieve actionable results
Build and evaluate advanced analytics outputs and performance, including LLMs or agentic AI
Develop new TEVV procedures
Guide a team serving critical missions end to end
Correlate complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products
Visualize complex data and concepts for non-technical leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience correlating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products
5+ years of experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) and functional programming to build modular and scalable testing libraries
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including AI or ML validation
Experience building and evaluating outputs and performance of advanced analytics, including LLMs or agentic AI
Experience working on classified networks in support of DoD or IC clients
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
Ability to visualize complex data and concepts for non-technical leadership, highlighting system risks and “go or no-go” criteria clearly
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with scientific techniques such as mathematics, statistics, information science, AI, machine learning, probability modeling, data mining, data engineering, or data warehousing, or 12+ years of experience with these scientific techniques in lieu of a degree
Experience reviewing and evaluating technical documentation for compliance with applicable standards
Experience developing and executing TEVV procedures
Experience evaluating AI system performance, robustness, and fairness
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
