About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage critical contract documents for the National Security team
  • Capture, implement, and manage proposals and contracts across various markets
  • Support the full government acquisition lifecycle from capture through proposal, execution, and closeout
  • Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks
  • Guide proposal strategies and advise leadership on risk mitigation
  • Provide full lifecycle contract support
  • Negotiate terms and conditions
  • Support white paper and proposal preparation
  • Support project execution and risk mitigation
  • Address contract types, regulatory and corporate policy compliance, OCI, risk management, mitigation, and intellectual property negotiations
  • Monitor operational performance
  • Support complex contract activities
  • Manage relationships with client counterparts to accomplish business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the Booz Allen team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation with U.S. government clients
  • Experience with fixed-price, time and material, and cost reimbursable contracts
  • Experience negotiating teaming, non-disclosure, and subcontract agreements from the subcontractor role with industry partners
  • Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and mitigation plans
  • Experience reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for risk and risk mitigation
  • Ability to support complex contract activities and develop creative solutions
  • Ability to establish and maintain internal and external client relationships
  • Top Secret clearance required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Intelligence Community clients
  • Ability to manage a robust contract portfolio
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • NCMA Professional Certification
