About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement and maintain organizational programs supporting the client’s strategy
  • Review contracts and project cost accounting with key stakeholders
  • Support tactical planning using Microsoft tools
  • Interact regularly with SMEs, technical directors, engineers, and contracting officers
  • Communicate to ensure programs achieve goals and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain program strategy
  • Help customers accomplish program goals within budget
  • Plan, coordinate, and develop comprehensive reports for organizational programs
  • Conduct quantitative or qualitative program analysis and evaluations
  • Provide management with information to improve initiatives and strategic plans
  • Support development of program documentation under DoD regulations and directives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • Experience with project management of large technical projects
  • Experience creating project management plans
  • Experience assisting and supporting the development of recommended and required program documentation according to DoD regulations and directives
  • Experience serving as an advisor to upper-level management
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve organizational programs
  • Experience conducting quantitative or qualitative analysis and evaluation of programs
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities, Associate’s degree and 5+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities, Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities, or Master’s degree and 1+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification, including Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND Certification within 30 days of start date
  • Experience with cybersecurity project management
  • Experience interacting with technical engineers
  • Experience writing and editing technical articles, publications, or presentations
  • Experience supporting IC clients
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity terminology and cyber tools
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, and enterprise delivery dashboards
  • Agile Certification such as SAFe RTE, SAFe SPC, PMI-ACP, or PMP Certification
  • Camera use during interviews and assessments; AI assistance during interviews is prohibited unless explicitly permitted
