About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build advanced technology solutions and implement data engineering activities
Develop and deploy data pipelines and platforms that organize disparate data
Work with analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers in an agile environment
Support assessment, design, development, and maintenance of scalable client platforms
Use data to support mission-driven projects including fraud detection, cancer research, and national intelligence
Conduct analytical exploration and data examination
Collaborate with Booz Allen and customer teams as required by the role

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience with data engineering, pipeline development, data science, data analytics, machine learning, or software engineering
Experience with ETL operations
Experience with source control and collaboration software, including Git or Atlassian tools
Experience writing software in programming languages, including Python
Knowledge of relational and non-relational database technologies, including SQL or GraphQL
Knowledge of automation and scripting on Linux or Windows operating systems
Secret clearance required
Bachelor's degree
