Key responsibilities & impact

Unlock secrets held by complex structured and unstructured data sets
Work with IoT, machine learning, and artificial intelligence data
Help solve challenges across private and public sectors, including fraud detection, cancer research, and national intelligence
Work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs
Analyze data-rich environments to identify relevant information
Develop algorithms and systems
Select and apply appropriate tools and frameworks
Turn disparate data points into objective answers
Provide deep understanding of data and how it can be used to support informed decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining
Experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis, including Python
Experience developing predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources
Knowledge of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Knowledge of text mining or machine learning techniques
Secret clearance required
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experience in the development of algorithms leveraging R, Python, SQL, or NoSQL
2+ years of experience with distributed data or computing tools, including Databricks, MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Apache Spark, Gurobi, or MySQL
2+ years of experience with Machine Learning, AI, or NLP
Experience with Palantir Foundry
Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources
Experience with visualization packages, including Plotly, Seaborn, or ggplot2
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is nice to have
Master’s degree is nice to have
