About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Determine and assess operational deployment readiness requirements and backgrounds
- Collaborate with thought leaders in multinational, Joint, Army, and commercial agencies on unit movement operations projects
- Plan, organize, and supervise the preparation and execution of unit movement and deployment operations
- Assist clients in planning and conducting unit movement operations and operational maneuvers
- Create mission-forward solutions for client needs
- Comply with security investigation and classified-information eligibility requirements as applicable
- Participate in identity verification during the hiring process
- Follow the prohibition on AI assistance during interviews unless explicitly permitted
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience executing mobilization, deployment, sustainment, and redeployment operations; Combat Training Center rotations; Deployment Readiness Exercises; and Joint Event Life Cycle exercises
- Experience planning and executing deployments using ATP 3-35, AR 525-93, FORSCOM 55-1, and ATP 5-2-1
- Experience working at or with an Installation Transportation Office, Corps Transportation Office, Division Transportation Office, or Composition III Deployment and Distribution Support Teams
- Knowledge of the Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES)
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Completion of an Air Load Planner or ICODES Joint Air Load Planner Course
- Experience working with COMPO II State Defense Movement Coordinators and the Commercial Transportation Office
- Experience as an air load planner
- Experience with Airlift Integration Interface for air load planning and validation
- Knowledge of TC-AIMS II introduction, access, and functions
- Completion of Army Transportation School TC-AIMS II Course
- AMMO-62 Hazardous Material Certification
