Provide hands-on technical support to customers using a Kubernetes-based platform
Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience developing tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity, including building and maintaining IaC solutions using Terraform or Terragrunt
4+ years of experience developing, deploying, and managing cloud applications, including AWS
3+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues for CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness
2+ years of experience deploying and managing applications within Kubernetes
Experience developing multi-tenant enterprise cloud-native solutions
Experience working with application development teams across the software development life cycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of DevOps experience in lieu of a degree
Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date
Experience with scripting or object-oriented programming in Bash, Python, Groovy, or Golang
Experience with Kubernetes Operators, Rancher, and RKE2
Experience using or managing ArgoCD, Grafana, or Elasticsearch
Experience with Jenkins or GitLab Runners
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer Certification
Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification
