About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, manage, and secure a container platform
- Develop container management software to solve client challenges
- Use current container software to ensure seamless orchestration
- Inform strategy and design while ensuring standards are met throughout the containerization process
- Recommend resources to help clients manage and securely adopt containers
- Support the development of critical cloud platforms
- Collaborate with the team to improve client environments using cloud technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience with containerization technologies
- 2+ years of experience with container orchestration platforms
- 2+ years of experience managing software deployments through CI/CD pipelines
- Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions and applying basic principles, theories, and concepts
- Experience with OOP scripting or program languages
- Ability to work with AWS or Azure
- Secret clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions involving Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, or Azure
- Knowledge of creating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks
- Knowledge of creating and improving continuous deployment tools built on Kubernetes
- Knowledge of triaging and resolving issues related to both open source and commercial tools in public cloud environments
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Linux Shell Script
