Create complete end-to-end solutions in a fast and agile environment
Identify needed system improvements using new tools and techniques
Help clients overcome difficult challenges using current architectural approaches, tools, and technologies
Ensure solutions consider current architecture and operating environment as well as future functionality and enhancements
Build modular and scalable microservices-based applications for AWS cloud environments
Develop web front ends and integrate UI assets into prototype applications
Build and deploy applications using software design patterns, CI/CD, and Agile practices
Complete the required skills assessment during the hiring process
Participate in identity verification and camera-on interviews and assessments

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in web full-stack development using modern MVC frameworks
4+ years of experience developing in an Agile environment using Git or GitLab to manage code and deploying applications using a CI/CD approach
3+ years of experience building modular and scalable applications using microservices-based architectures for the Army, DoW, or Intelligence Community for AWS cloud
3+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks
Knowledge of software design patterns and building and deploying applications
Knowledge of object-oriented programming with C# or Java
Back-end development using Python, SQL, and RESTful APIs
Knowledge of UI and UX principles, interaction design, and integrating UI assets into prototype applications
Top Secret clearance required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 3+ years of experience in software engineering, or 7+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree
Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Baseline Certification within 30 days of hire date
Experience with Java, Python, C#, C, C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, or Ruby on Rails preferred
Experience with container or virtualization technology preferred
Knowledge of platforms or graphical tools such as Unity Engine preferred
Knowledge of building SDKs or API frameworks preferred
TS/SCI clearance preferred
Required skills assessment and minimum proficiency threshold
Ability to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
