About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and evaluate compliance with End-Use Monitoring (EUM) requirements
  • Ensure U.S.-provided defense articles, equipment, technology, and sensitive materials are protected, accounted for, and used according to applicable regulations, agreements, LOAs, and contracts
  • Conduct inspections, observations, physical security assessments, and compliance reviews
  • Identify vulnerabilities and analyze security risks
  • Document findings and develop corrective action recommendations
  • Coordinate with U.S. Government, contractor, and host-nation personnel to resolve deficiencies
  • Investigate security incidents, policy violations, and compliance deficiencies
  • Prepare inspection reports, compliance assessments, incident reports, trend analyses, and executive summaries
  • Conduct roving car patrols as part of security checks
  • Support Security Cooperation and End-Use Monitoring programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in military security, physical security, force protection, Security Assistance, or End-Use Monitoring
  • Experience evaluating physical security measures, including access control, visitor management, key and lock control, restricted-area protection, CCTV, intrusion detection systems, alarm systems, and perimeter security
  • Experience protecting assets, aviation assets, munitions, or controlled facilities
  • Experience conducting security inspections, compliance assessments, or vulnerability assessments
  • Experience writing and preparing incident investigations, technical reports and corrective action recommendations
  • Knowledge of physical security principles, access control, asset accountability, and risk management
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time to austere locations in South Asia, including deployments of up to 6 months
  • Secret clearance required
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License
  • Experience ensuring compliance with applicable DoD, DSCA, Security Assistance, and organizational policies and procedures
  • Experience supporting Security Cooperation, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Golden Sentry, or End-Use Monitoring (EUM) programs
  • Experience with emergency response and contingency operations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and security reporting systems
  • Knowledge of force protection and (RAMS) Random Anti-terrorism security checks principles
  • Ability to work independently in austere and overseas environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
