About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze clients’ organizational structures, day-to-day operations, and outcomes
- Provide tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies
- Use discussions and workshops with stakeholders and analysts to identify strengths and improvement areas
- Develop organizational improvement roadmaps with clients
- Gain experience in product management while learning new skills
- Support the evolution of the warfighter
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities
- Knowledge of intelligence analysis tradecraft and national security concepts
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Ability to work from client site
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC) preferred
- Experience managing SharePoint sites preferred
- Experience with AI preferred
- Knowledge of military capabilities (MILCAP) preferred
