Design, implement, and maintain impactful programs
Guide market teams to integrate technology into delivery and capture new opportunities
Organize and coordinate program objectives
Provide direction as teams navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges
Serve as an authority for Army and Navy accounts
Identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting client missions
Apply problem management and strategic planning
Review contracts
Share expertise in program management methodologies
Support proposal development, including technical volumes, solution narratives, color-team reviews, and oral-presentation preparation
Evaluate competitor approaches, teaming strategies, and price-to-win considerations
Support multiple pursuits as capture demands shift

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience with agile program management, including deploying repeatable processes and conducting process-improvement retrospectives to achieve successful outcomes on time
5+ years of experience producing and refining proposal narratives, technical volumes, compliance matrices, and supporting artifacts for bids
5+ years of experience working with commercial or Department of Defense (DoD) products or solutions deployed to address mission requirements
Experience contributing to proposal development, including technical volumes, solution narratives, color-team reviews, and oral-presentation preparation
Ability to navigate multiple organizational teams to collect opportunity, capture, and requirements information and use it to develop strategies, automated processes, and solution concepts
Ability to evaluate competitor approaches, teaming strategies, and price-to-win considerations
Ability to support multiple pursuits and flex priorities as capture demands shift
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Agile certification, PMP Certification, and completion of Shipley Training preferred
