About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop classified models of radars, communication systems, and aircraft
  • Conduct analysis using models in a constructive simulation of combat operations
  • Perform engineering, software development, simulation analysis, and DevOps work
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and define requirements
  • Present technical results to inform stakeholders
  • Evaluate combat weapon systems, electromagnetic warfare, countermeasures, and related systems using computer-based analytical tools
  • Provide analysis to help the acquisition community make informed decisions about future combat systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with engineer-based modeling, simulation, and analyses
  • Experience with programming languages such as C++, Fortran, MATLAB, or Python
  • Knowledge of radar principles, signal processing, and EW
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Secret clearance required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM Field
  • Experience modeling and analyzing radars or sensors
  • Experience with object-oriented programming principles
  • Experience with Linux and Git, GitHub, or GitLab
  • Experience scripting or automating using Bash, Python, or PowerShell
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of container technologies, including Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
