About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage delivery of multiple project initiatives designed to enhance services and client-team support
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and deliver projects aligned with client expectations and business needs
  • Support timely, accurate, and compliant invoice preparation and submission
  • Work closely with program management, finance teams, and contract stakeholders on reporting, risk management, and billing operations
  • Support financial teams within a program management office and collaborate with internal clients and infrastructure departments
  • Resolve financial, contractual, and administrative issues
  • Manage, audit, and reconcile cost activity, including labor, travel, and other direct costs
  • Provide risk mitigation and assist with business or financial analyses

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in a business, financial management, or accounting environment
  • Experience with general project status report generation
  • Experience with project financial controls
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data manipulation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and support stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines, produce routine deliverables, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues with a team
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Experience supporting federal contracts, including FMS contracts
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
