About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Turn validated AI solutions into working customer deployments
- Work directly with customers to implement workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and demonstrate technical acceptance
- Adapt reusable agent components
- Configure customer environments and instrumentation
- Diagnose integration, retrieval, model, and workflow issues
- Establish customer evaluation baselines and coordinate readiness reviews
- Prepare deployment, rollback, troubleshooting, and enablement materials
- Ensure implementation quality, initial deployment, technical acceptance, and handover to operational owners and Customer Success
- Return reusable improvements and recurring defects to engineering
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience delivering customer-facing software or AI implementations from requirements through deployment and technical handover
- Experience in Python or TypeScript and integrating enterprise APIs, authentication, data sources, and business workflows
- Experience developing or adapting agent workflows, model integrations, retrieval-augmented generation, and tool connections
- Experience deploying applications in cloud or enterprise environments and configuring access, secrets, and application security controls
- Experience building customer-specific test and evaluation suites and validating results against agreed quality and performance thresholds
- Ability to implement end-to-end instrumentation and use traces, logs, and metrics to troubleshoot behavior, integrations, latency, and cost
- Ability to prepare deployment and rollback procedures, runbooks, solution inventories, and technical knowledge-transfer materials
- Ability to manage implementation dependencies, communicate limitations, and obtain explicit acceptance of deliverables and support responsibilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
