About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, improve, and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
Work directly with a Power Platform Architect
Follow established solution architecture and best practices
Turn clear requirements into well-designed, user-friendly applications and workflows
Manage SharePoint sites supporting applications and automations
Maintain existing SharePoint lists
Implement and verify data structures and permissions
Assist with Power Platform environment management, including app permissions and environment access
Ensure solutions follow consistent governance standards
Build Canvas Apps
Refine existing tool user experiences
Troubleshoot automations
Update SharePoint list schemas
Validate details with stakeholders
Explore newer Power Platform capabilities, including Copilot
Deliver practical solutions through new development and ongoing enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in a professional work environment
2+ years of experience with Power Apps
2+ years of experience with Power Automate development work
2+ years of experience integrating SharePoint Online with Power Platform solutions
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client
Experience with Microsoft Dataverse as a data source in Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience with Power BI, including report building and embedding in SharePoint or Power Apps
Experience with Copilot Studio
Experience with Power Platform AI Builder models
Experience with Power Pages
Excellent communication skills
