About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, implement, and sustain secure identity lifecycle capabilities across client environments
  • Apply identity governance, authentication, authorization, and directory-services expertise to modernize and strengthen clients’ IAM posture
  • Manage provisioning, de-provisioning, access request workflows, and access reviews
  • Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis for identity, credential, and access issues across hybrid environments
  • Define and continuously improve IAM processes, patterns, and documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, cyber teams, engineering partners, infrastructure teams, and application teams
  • Integrate IAM capabilities into mission workloads
  • Support governance activities including access certifications, entitlement analysis, and policy compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in information security
  • 2+ years of experience in IAM
  • Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including SailPoint or APDS
  • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) federated identity management, including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or PingIdentity
  • Experience configuring and integrating IAM tools such as CyberArk, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), or Ping Identity
  • Experience supporting directory, authentication, and federation services such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth
  • Experience with directory services, identity federation, or synchronization
  • Knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, credential management, identity governance, information security management, and enterprise security architecture
  • Public Trust determination required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Government investigation and eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client
  • Identity verification process, including being on camera during interviews and assessments
  • AI tools are prohibited during interviews unless explicitly permitted
  • IAM operations, guidelines, or enterprise-class IAM implementations
  • Privileged access management, including CyberArk PAM
  • Knowledge of identity security metrics, digital signatures, reporting, and KPIs
  • IAM or security certification such as Security+, CISSP, or CISM Certification is a nice-to-have
