About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, produce, and advise on internal and external materials supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community
- Develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Build and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Deliver high-quality intelligence products in support of the client
- Serve as the organizational advisor for verbal and written communications
- Oversee and author intelligence products and content
- Inform key audiences through products using various tools
- Develop, clarify, and verify technical information in support of the DoD or Intelligence Community
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of Intelligence Community analytic tradecraft standards and processes
- Ability to develop with SharePoint, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, or enterprise collaboration tools
- Ability to work with web development tools and languages, such as JavaScript, HTML, Python, or CSS
- Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation and optimization of enterprise collaboration tools
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including documentation and troubleshooting complex issues
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience in a DoD or IC environment, or Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in a DoD or IC environment
- Experience in IT support, administration, or engineering
- Experience supporting senior leaders
- Experience supporting a disaggregated team
- Knowledge of client systems and processes
- TS/SCI clearance is required
