Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of experience developing and executing complex strategies and plans
  • 10+ years of experience in direct support to the Marine Corps
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps force design, combat development, force generation, and force employment processes
  • Leadership in forming, developing, and employing teams with varied experiences and capabilities
  • Ability to lead teams of varying size and multiple concurrent programs or projects of varying complexities
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-tempo, dynamic environment and balance competing priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior government officials and deliver persuasive positions to executive and senior-level audiences
  • Ability to shape and influence the strategic direction of programs and initiatives
  • Secret clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
  • Nice to have: leadership experience as a commissioned officer, senior non-commissioned officer, or senior-level DoD government official such as O4-O6, E8-E9, or GS 13-15
  • Nice to have: TS/SCI clearance
  • Nice to have: Master's degree
