Develop and manage low-code/no-code platforms from vision through production-ready implementation
Create user-friendly solutions for clients and solve complex technical challenges
Use programming languages, databases, and cloud tools to improve the digital environment
Automate and accelerate cloud modernization while reducing system maintenance and development costs
Support the team through creative technical solutions
Translate clients’ IT needs and future goals into plans
Craft architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally as a trusted client advisor

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience developing with web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
Experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods
Experience with ServiceNow implementation and integration for ITSM and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government-hosted DevSecOps environment
Experience with API development, including REST architectures
Experience developing and executing extract, transform, load (ETL) processes to import data into ServiceNow
Top Secret clearance is required
HS diploma or GED
Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of start date
Experience with UI and UX design
Experience with Linux Operating Systems, Amazon Web Services, Bash, and GitLab or GitHub
Experience with front-end frameworks
Experience with SQL
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and SDLC
Knowledge of ITIL processes and management
ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) Certification
