Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience with generative AI concepts and technologies such as Claude, GPT, and Gemini
2+ years of experience working with Tier II and Tier III support and handling the incident management workflow
2+ years of experience working with test and evaluation
Knowledge of the ML lifecycle and concepts to develop an MLOps ecosystem
Ability to translate between technical and non-technical users and developers
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience working in a system administration operations environment, or 4+ years of experience working in a system administration operations environment in lieu of a degree
Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire date
Experience with Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and IaC tools such as Helm and Terraform
Experience developing prompts, tools, and agents with LLMs
Experience with design and implementation, including building, containerizing, and deploying end-to-end automated data and ML pipelines within a Cloud environment
Experience with version control tools, including Git
Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification is nice to have

TS/SCI clearance is required
