About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the key person between the Operations and Finance departments
- Manage the FinOps team and ensure daily reconciliation with courier wallets is accurate
- Manage collection of cash shortages and increases in deposits
- Monitor daily order volumes versus values from the Bosta dashboard
- Monitor courier daily collections
- Monitor and reconcile 3PL hubs
- Monitor courier daily deposits in Fawry, cash, and bank accounts
- Adjust incorrect data in the courier wallet system
- Coordinate with the tech team to correct data
- Monitor Fawry daily transfers into Bosta's bank account
- Monitor cash daily transfers into Bosta's bank account
- Reconcile courier daily deposits, Fawry daily reports, and cash daily reports
- Track courier wallets for access and shortages
- Review contractors' monthly fees
- Prepare monthly operations entries in Oracle NetSuite
- Monitor inventory inbound and outbound cases
- Assist in controlling warehouse inventory, including additions and disposals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced skills in Excel
- 2+ years of experience in relevant field
- High attention to detail and communication skills
