About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Make callers and travelers feel comfortable and appreciated
  • Swiftly and correctly complete transactions using Windows-based ticketing computers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Part-time availability of 15–20 hours per week and 3–4 shifts per week
  • Afternoon/evening availability from 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm
  • Saturday and/or Sunday and holiday availability is required
  • Computer literate with keyboarding skills
  • Ability to multitask when terminal is busy
  • Ability to answer informational calls and direct passengers with patience
  • Ability to sell tickets and handle cash drawer
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus
