About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Make callers and travelers feel comfortable and appreciated
- Complete transactions swiftly and correctly using Windows-based ticketing computers
- Perform light cleaning duties between bus schedules
- Answer informational calls and direct passengers
- Sell tickets and handle the cash drawer
- Work independently and collaborate in a team environment when necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Part-time availability of 20–25 hours / 3–4 shifts per week
- Early morning availability from 3am–11am
- Saturday and/or Sunday availability
- Holiday availability
- Computer literacy with keyboarding skills
- Ability to multitask when terminal is busy
- Ability to answer informational calls and direct passengers with patience
- Ability to sell tickets and handle cash drawer
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bilingual language skills are a plus
