About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must be board certified or eligible
  • Must be licensed in Massachusetts upon starting the position
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field
  • LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or Psychologist license required
  • Strong case conceptualization skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic working relationship with clients
  • Experience providing evaluation and evidence-based psychotherapy with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations
