Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide in-home intervention and support to children and families using a skill-based, solution-focused model

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree and 2 years of experience
  • In rural Iowa: 4 years combined education and experience
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to perform duties during stressful physical, mental, and emotional situations
  • Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor environments, including potentially aggressive settings and homes with substandard living conditions and domestic pets
