About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies for BP’s products and services.
  • Develop marketing strategies in partnership with business areas.
  • Create and implement 360° communication plans (online/offline, CRM, events, and activations) based on market data, proprietary data, and benchmarks.
  • Ensure the differentiation of the products and services under responsibility.
  • Monitor and analyze engagement, reputation, and demand-generation KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and results.
  • Build action plans for patient and customer journeys, focusing on revenue generation and/or engagement.
  • Develop communication materials and campaigns.
  • Work with clinical and care teams to understand their needs and translate them into marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements.
  • Ensure consistency of the visual and corporate identity.
  • Liaise with communications suppliers, including preparing briefs, submitting requests, and validating creative assets.
  • Monitor the execution of communication plans and measure results.
  • Manage the departmental budget and ensure the efficient use of resources.
  • Evaluate competitors’ activities and propose differentiated initiatives.
  • Align strategies, timelines, and results with partner areas.
  • Propose and monitor performance indicators.
  • Ensure alignment with marketing objectives, brand strengthening, target audiences, and business impact.
  • Ensure frequency, consistency, and efficiency in marketing plans.
  • Monitor trends and developments in marketing and healthcare.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Additional specialization in Marketing, Innovation, Project Management, Business Administration, or Business.
  • Courses related to Marketing, such as Digital Marketing, Media, SEO, Branding, Internal Communications, Performance Marketing, 360° Communication Planning, and AI.
  • Previous experience in Marketing and Communications.
  • Intermediate English is desirable.
