About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support fee earners in anti-social behaviour matters and other breach of tenancy injunction applications
- Support housing management possession proceedings
- Assist with disrepair claims, including responding to pre-action correspondence, organising disclosure and assisting with liability assessments
- Assist with applications for access injunctions
- Provide general housing management advice relating to tenancy and occupancy issues
- Draft legal documents, correspondence and court forms
- Maintain and update files using the Case Management System
- Prepare bundles and support court-related processes
- Conduct legal research and assist with client instructions
- Provide efficient administrative and case management support across the team
- Work alongside the wider team in Liverpool and closely with Partners in Housing
Requirements
What you’ll need- A genuine interest in housing litigation and social housing matters
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Strong IT skills and confidence using case management systems
- Collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to the continued growth and success of the team
- Hardworking and driven to deliver tangible results
