About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide end-to-end communications, content development, design, digital, and multimedia support across BRAC International’s India portfolio
- Deliver consistent and visually compelling communication products for external and internal engagement
- Support the Urban and Rural Graduation programme tracks and organisation-wide BRAC communications
- Copy-edit and proofread reports, briefs, newsletters, case studies, learning notes, toolkits, and other knowledge products
- Refine materials for donors, government, media, and public audiences
- Ensure consistency in style and branding across products
- Create and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal, leadership, and donor-facing audiences
- Develop infographics, data visualisations, factsheets, videos, photo-stories, audio/video impact stories, and field-based narratives
- Support organisational communication plans and programme events, reviews, launches, workshops, and evidence dissemination
- Build and maintain a reusable repository of communication, IEC, multimedia, and knowledge assets
- Project-manage products and assets according to agreed timelines
- Produce Urban Programme closure reports, summaries, multimedia content, workshop materials, and handover documentation
- Produce Rural Programme reports, learning notes, donor updates, stakeholder presentations, and programme communications materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional communications agency with capacity to provide end-to-end communications, content development, design, digital, and multimedia support
- Preferably located in Delhi, India
- Resources available and willing to travel across India as required
- Submission of a technical proposal
- Submission of a financial proposal
- Technical proposal must include portfolio, CV, and reference letters
- Alignment with BRAC values, brand guidelines, style guidelines, and strategic priorities
- Ability to provide dedicated or partially dedicated personnel across three workstreams
- Ability to copy-edit, proofread, design, and quality-assure communications and knowledge products
- Ability to develop presentations, infographics, data visualisations, factsheets, videos, photo-stories, audio/video impact stories, and other multimedia content
- Ability to maintain an organised, centrally accessible repository including editable source files, translations, graphics, and other relevant materials
- Ability to project manage timelines and deliver products on time
