About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide customer support and education to existing Nuclear Medicine and PET customers
  • Deliver CardioGen-82 pre-training, new end-user training, generator return training, and continuing education
  • Train customer personnel on CardioGen-82 generators, accessories, infusion systems, PET image acquisition and processing parameters, and safe handling of radioactive materials (ALARA)
  • Install infusion systems and provide ongoing support, including initial testing and documentation of observations
  • Troubleshoot CardioGen-82 problems and support the Clinical Support Helpline
  • Liaise between Professional Services and customers regarding generator or infusion system problems and complaints
  • Partner with Clinical Applications, Nuclear Medicine Marketing, and field sales teams on customer success and satisfaction strategies
  • Collaborate with Nuclear Medicine leadership throughout the customer training process
  • Support company-sponsored meetings and staffing
  • Perform other duties as determined by business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with cardiac PET preferred
  • Experience with cardiac PET installations, applications, and/or troubleshooting preferred
  • Nuclear Medicine certification required through NMTBC and/or ARRT (N)
  • Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as a self-motivator and in a matrix organization
  • Domestic travel required, up to 80%
  • Must be a licensed driver and able to drive a company vehicle without restrictions
