About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide project management support for Bracco Medical Technologies medical device projects
- Collaborate with Senior Program Managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Support development of project plans, schedules, and other key documents
- Support core team development, cross-functional collaboration, and project execution
- Monitor project budgets and functional resource allocations
- Generate high-level plans, communications, and schedules
- Identify and resolve project team issues and conflicts
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Document meeting minutes, issue logs, and decision logs
- Develop milestones, timelines, and budget performance metrics
- Direct and support project teams and promote accountability
- Maintain technical files and design history files
- Analyze project management practices, tools, and systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Identify and implement process and system improvement projects
- Pursue continuing education and training to manage projects independently
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of project management processes and the dimensions of project leadership
- 3+ years direct work experience in a research, product development or manufacturing environment
- 3+ years direct work experience in resource/budget management and/or business process management and execution
- Knowledge and experience with quality systems regulations and guidelines
- Knowledge and experience with Medical Device Directive (MDD), Medical Device Regulations (MDR), General Safety and Performance requirements (GSPR), Design input and output verification and validation (IOVV), and FDA Design Controls
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience collaborating across functions/groups
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business disciplines
- Preferred: PMI Certification or equivalent
- Preferred: Experience with medical imaging products, specifically radiology
- Preferred: Experience leading hardware, software and consumable projects
- Preferred: Work experience with Core Teams and matrixed resources
- Ability to travel 15% as required
