About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Educate and train existing and prospective customers on Company products
- Conduct clinical presentations, product evaluations, and timely clinical follow-up at target accounts
- Attend first scans and follow up to meet customer service expectations
- Provide product training and presentations to optimize product utilization
- Initiate and develop contacts with existing and potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, imaging administrators, and site technical staff
- Maintain knowledge of imaging techniques, clinical information, and product data in diagnostics and radiopharmaceuticals
- Develop and implement on-site training programs for PET customers
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure positive customer experiences
- Contribute to territory business plans, market-share growth, account profiles, account targeting, and product conversions
- Provide clinical/technical customer and sales support and consultative expertise for BED products
- Participate in on-label product demonstrations and approved educational presentations
- Support marketing through relevant case studies and promote products at trade shows and conventions
- Maintain accurate travel and expense and sales records using Concur and CRM tools
- Travel throughout the assigned Northwest territory and perform other duties as determined by business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of five years of experience in Clinical Applications in nuclear radiography, or as a nuclear imaging technologist/nurse in a hospital or nuclear medicine imaging center
- Clinical experience including knowledge of nuclear radiography with appropriate imaging or medical credentialing highly preferred
- Registered nuclear medicine technologist preferred
- Must be a licensed driver without restrictions and able to drive a car
- Must comply with field sales credentialing obligations, including vaccinations, background check requirements, and a 10-panel drug screen
- Ability to travel up to 70%, approximately 10–12 overnights per month
- Some weekend work required for sales meetings and industry-related events and conventions
