About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with business teams
Lead meetings, interviews, and workshops to understand internal customers’ needs
Prepare functional and technical documentation, including specifications, workflows, models, and diagrams
Participate in the design and validation of technical solutions together with development and architecture teams
Perform technical source code analysis to support solution definition, impact assessment, validation, and troubleshooting
Support scope change management, ensuring alignment, traceability, and effective communication
Validate developed solutions with requesting business areas, ensuring alignment with requirements and business expectations
Work on projects involving the development, implementation, enhancement, and support of OSS and BSS systems
Support project delivery using Agile and/or traditional methodologies
Liaise with technology vendors and partners, when necessary
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization’s digital processes, products, and solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Familiarity with technical source code analysis, including reading code, understanding business logic, and assessing impacts
Knowledge of system and service integration using REST and/or SOAP APIs
Knowledge of databases and monitoring environments is considered a plus
Analytical skills for problem-solving and identifying improvement opportunities
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with different audiences and business areas
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or in a related role
Experience working on technology projects in medium- or large-sized corporate environments
Experience with OSS and/or BSS systems is considered a plus
