About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configure and parameterize systems according to business requirements, including products, plans, offers, discounts, and commercial rules
Analyze functional requests and translate business rules into system configurations
Assess the impact of changes to parameters and processes, ensuring solution consistency
Perform functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) related to new configurations and updates
Support the launch of new products and services, as well as portfolio enhancements
Ensure data integrity and the proper functioning of sales, customer service, and billing processes
Provide support in identifying and resolving issues related to system parameterization
Monitor system implementations, updates, and enhancements
Prepare and maintain up-to-date functional and operational documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to handle incidents, implement improvements, and manage projects
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and team practices
Translate business needs into system configurations and support product launches
Work in partnership with business, technology, and operations teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of CRM and product and service configuration
Experience with system parameterization and business rules
Knowledge of telecommunications processes and offer modeling is a plus
Familiarity with requirements analysis and functional documentation
Analytical skills for impact assessment and problem-solving
Organized, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills for interacting with different departments and stakeholders
Product parameterization and configuration in enterprise systems
CRM and commercial offer management
Requirements and business rules analysis
Functional testing and user acceptance testing

Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
