About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and detail functional and non-functional requirements with business stakeholders
Translate business needs into structured, actionable specifications for development
Define workflows, business rules, integrations, and acceptance criteria
Create User Stories, a structured backlog, flow and sequence diagrams, data models, and integration specifications
Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, architecture, and development teams
Support solution decisions based on alignment with architecture and standards
Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and technical planning
Monitor deliverables to ensure alignment with specifications
Perform targeted development to validate solutions, make adjustments, or provide critical support
Develop and lead Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
Conduct technology, performance, and integration feasibility experiments and tests
Support solution definition based on technical evidence and trade-offs
Contribute to architectural and implementation decisions
Support the analysis and resolution of production incidents and problems
Identify opportunities for functional and technical improvements
Ensure consistency and the continuous evolution of features
Manage the backlog and prioritization in collaboration with business stakeholders
Map integrations with enterprise systems and APIs
Ensure consistency across modules and digital journeys
Support the development of integrated and scalable solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with functional analysis of digital systems or web projects
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
JavaScript (Node.js), TypeScript, and Python knowledge preferred
React.js knowledge preferred
Node.js (Nest.js/Express) knowledge preferred
MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB knowledge preferred
AWS knowledge preferred, including service, integration, and scalability concepts
Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and best practices for design and scalability preferred
Preferred: experience with customer portals or complex digital platforms
Preferred: experience in environments with multiple integrations (BSS/OSS, CRM, APIs)
Preferred: knowledge of solution architecture or experience working closely with architecture teams
Preferred: experience with AWS cloud technologies applied to web applications
Preferred: experience leading PoCs and technical validations
