About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead cross-functional program development team for a BrainChild Bio pre-clinical program through IND-enabling activities and into the clinic as an early-phase clinical stage asset
  • Lead development of program strategy and goals aligned with BrainChild Bio corporate goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional areas to enable execution of program deliverables
  • Proactively manage risks, functional misalignments, and challenges; escalate issues to executive leadership when necessary
  • Manage the program budget with functional teams and Finance
  • Develop and execute communication plans with project management to deliver program updates
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence across internal teams and external partners
  • Collaborate with the Program Management organization to develop best practices and share lessons learned
  • Represent the program across scientific staff, company leadership, and the Board of Directors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in the biotech/cell therapy industry
  • 3+ years in cross functional team leadership roles
  • Experience in key contributory or leadership role on cell therapy development teams
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated aptitude and experience in influencing stakeholders
