About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Director, focusing on the luxury leisure market and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing luxury leisure clients to drive repeat business and loyalty
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow and diversify the luxury leisure portfolio
  • Develop relationships with luxury consortia and affiliations within the UK market to grow direct business
  • Represent the Company at international luxury travel events, roadshows, and networking forums
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams on campaigns, promotions, seasonal offers, and digital initiatives
  • Serve as the primary contact for UK key leisure clients and ensure personalized service
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and KPIs to the Sales Director and senior leadership
  • Monitor luxury market trends and guest preferences to refine sales approaches
  • Support sales team members, share best practices, and contribute to a high-performance sales culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 8–10 years' experience in a sales role within the luxury hospitality or travel industry, with a focus on the leisure segment
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury leisure travel market
  • Established network within the luxury leisure travel space
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the brand at the highest level
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Solid experience with sales reporting tools, with a data-driven approach to performance management
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for client meetings and business development purposes
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools
  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for luxury hospitality and guest-centric service
