About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, update, and maintain web pages, landing pages, blogs, and other digital content across internal and external CMS platforms
  • Implement website updates using CMS tools and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Work within component-based design systems and identify when new or updated components are needed
  • Partner with engineering teams on complex development needs, technical enhancements, and troubleshooting
  • Support content publishing, website maintenance, and updates across developer-focused web properties
  • Ensure website updates are responsive, accessible, accurate, and aligned with brand and technical requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve website functionality, user experience, and engagement
  • Review website analytics and performance data and recommend UX/UI improvements
  • Develop design concepts and coordinate design and brand reviews before implementation
  • Support end-to-end website projects for product launches, events, campaigns, and ongoing site improvements
  • Gather requirements, establish priorities, coordinate workstreams, and deliver updates with product, marketing, design, engineering, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct QA across devices, browsers, and screen sizes
  • Troubleshoot website issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions
  • Build, maintain, and optimize web forms, including lead generation and registration experiences
  • Support integrations between website forms, CMS platforms, and systems such as Salesforce
  • Implement and validate analytics tracking, tagging, and reporting requirements
  • Support performance reporting and provide actionable insights
  • Apply SEO best practices, including metadata, content structure, and website optimization
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, content publishing, troubleshooting, and QA
  • Identify automation opportunities for repetitive CMS tasks, reporting, and operational workflows
  • Review and validate AI-assisted work before launch

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in web development, CMS management, or a hybrid web production/development role
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining websites within enterprise CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with component-based website architectures and reusable design systems
  • Experience supporting website launches, content publishing, and ongoing site optimization
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to translate performance insights into practical website improvements
  • Experience with web analytics tools to evaluate site performance and engagement
  • Strong QA and troubleshooting skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience using AI tools to support development, automation, debugging, and productivity
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable taking ownership of workstreams, identifying issues proactively, and working independently
