About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Approve influencers for the ambassador team.
- Monitor and validate deliverables and challenges for the ambassador team.
- Manage product shipments, including orders, replacements, and tracking.
- Create and adjust promo codes during promotional periods.
- Organize shipments for launches and special initiatives.
- Analyze performance by influencer, including revenue, ROI, reach, and views generated.
- Track influencer marketing goals and KPIs.
- Propose continuous campaign improvements based on data.
- Participate in meetings and events with influencers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in influencer marketing.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on organization, planning, and goals.
- Clear, empathetic communication and grammatically correct writing.
- Proactive attitude toward solving problems and getting things done.
- Creativity to develop content topics and formats that go beyond the obvious.
- Ability to turn raw data into actionable plans.
- Previous experience in the beauty or e-commerce industries is a plus.
- Interest in social media and the beauty space is a plus.
- Experience with Inbazz or Pilea Labs is a plus.
