About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review incoming and outgoing invoices, including resale, use and consumption, fixed assets, and services.
- Classify and review products (NCM, CEST, CFOP).
- Manage the submission of documents to the partner accounting firm (OMIE, BLING, and others).
- Configure the BLING system, review records, and create new records.
- Prepare the monthly acknowledgment of received NF-e electronic invoices.
- Monitor tax clearance certificates (CNDs).
- Monitor carrier reimbursements (DIFAL under Constitutional Amendment EC 87/2015).
- Update the monthly revenue and revenue tax spreadsheet.
- Present monthly tax indicators.
- Support responses to external tax inspections and audits.
- Control and validate the calculation of tax credits.
- Provide support to the Procurement, Logistics, and Sales teams.
- Manage shipment and return invoices.
- Monitor monthly taxes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Solid knowledge of tax bookkeeping processes.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with established, widely used ERP systems.
- Logical reasoning and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, proactivity, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus.
- Knowledge of OMIE and BLING is a plus.
