About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement IAM solutions using Okta, including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management
Manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver identity lifecycle processes across enterprise systems
Integrate Okta with Azure AD, AWS IAM, Active Directory, and third-party applications
Support audits, compliance initiatives such as SOC2 and ISO27001, and security assessments
Monitor and respond to IAM-related incidents and vulnerabilities
Define and enforce access policies and role-based access controls within Okta
Maintain existing identity provider instances
Contribute to IAM roadmaps and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with global security, infrastructure, and application development teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in IAM engineering or related security roles
Strong experience with SAML and OIDC federation protocols
Experience working with federated Identity Providers such as Okta
Familiarity with Okta Workflows, API integrations, and SCIM provisioning
Experience with scripting and automation, such as PowerShell and Python
Knowledge of GDPR, ISO27001, and SOC2
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Professional, CISSP, or Azure Security Engineer are a plus
