About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and monitor the area's operational activities, ensuring compliance with established procedures, internal policies, and service levels
- Monitor operational metrics, productivity, quality, and SLAs, identifying deviations and supporting the implementation of corrective actions
- Analyze operational data and information to support decision-making and process management
- Control and monitor operational requests, contributing to the appropriate prioritization and allocation of activities
- Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and automate processes, driving operational efficiency gains
- Analyze and resolve operational inconsistencies, ensuring issues are addressed within defined deadlines
- Support the documentation, review, and updating of workflows, procedures, standards, and department manuals
- Liaise with internal departments, partners, and suppliers to align on requests and resolve outstanding issues
- Receive, review, validate, and control documents related to the processes under your responsibility
- Perform registrations, system configurations, and record updates in corporate systems, ensuring the quality and integrity of information
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory requests by providing information and evidence when necessary
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and compliance standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Insurance Management, Economics, Production Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with operational, administrative, customer service, or back-office routines
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Comfortable using corporate systems and updating operational controls
- Ability to monitor requests, deadlines, and service levels
- Strong communication skills for interacting with service providers, partners, customers, and internal departments
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Ability to identify inconsistencies and support the resolution of operational issues
- Preferred: experience in the insurance industry
- Preferred: experience with pre-inspection, claims adjustment, inspections, or insurance operations
- Preferred: experience managing relationships with and monitoring suppliers or service providers
- Preferred: knowledge of operational metrics, productivity, and SLAs
- Preferred: knowledge of Power BI
- Preferred: participation in process improvement or automation initiatives
