About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete Medicare, Medi-Cal, and other governmental provider enrollment application packets, not limited to California
- Complete non-governmental provider enrollment application packets, not limited to California
- Follow up routinely and confirm status of physician enrollment applications
- Maintain client/physician confidentiality
- Maintain effective communication and professional interaction with clients and physicians
- Navigate governmental and non-governmental websites
Requirements
What you’ll need- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of medical billing & provider enrollment experience preferred
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills & excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with a Revenue Cycle Management company preferred
- Professional demeanor when responding to physicians/clients
- Proficient PC skills, including ability to navigate the internet efficiently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize & meet deadlines
- Detail and quality oriented with a high degree of accuracy
