About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the go-to-market plan for six new short courses launching in April 2027
  • Define positioning, messaging, packaging and sales approach for new courses alongside the existing portfolio
  • Own launch readiness across website and landing-page narrative, buyer-stage content, sales materials and internal positioning alignment
  • Train and enable the sales team on the new courses and how to sell them
  • Build a sales enablement toolkit including pitch narratives, objection handling, proof points and case studies focused on enterprise outcomes
  • Work with the Sales Director to connect product marketing directly to pipeline
  • Lead the shift from selling individual courses to selling a capability programme to L&D buyers, budget holders and senior sponsors
  • Build and maintain messaging houses, competitive positioning and buyer personas for key segments
  • Support positioning of new brand initiatives, including the MiniMBA podcast
  • Use HubSpot to track product marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue and build actionable dashboards
  • Bring customer and market insight into the business and adjust positioning and packaging based on data
  • Work across sales and marketing teams, collaborating with the CEO and senior leadership team
  • Initially report to the Product Director, with dotted lines to the Marketing Director and Sales Director; report to the Marketing Director after launch

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8–10+ years in product marketing or go-to-market roles
  • Currently or recently at Head or Lead level
  • Direct experience marketing to B2B buyers
  • Track record of launching new products into an existing portfolio, including positioning, packaging and go-to-market, with demonstrable commercial results
  • Experience training and enabling sales teams to sell new products on complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach
  • Experience in scale-up or growth-stage businesses
  • Comfortable setting strategy and executing independently without a team
  • Commercial and data-led approach
  • Confident using HubSpot or a similar CRM beyond day-to-day use
  • Experience building dashboards and using insights to make decisions
  • Nice to have: background in online education, corporate L&D, professional training or executive education
  • Nice to have: experience selling to both individuals and organisations
  • Nice to have: experience packaging a product portfolio into a solution or programme offer
  • Nice to have: experience in smaller and larger organisations
  • Nice to have: completed a MiniMBA course or genuine interest in marketing effectiveness
