About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own audio and video production for the SocialMinds, Brave Talk, and The Commentary Box podcasts from first brief through final distribution
Attend podcast recording sessions and produce high-quality audio edits
Manage delivery timelines with hosts and stakeholders
Test ways to grow podcast reach, including optimising YouTube channels for organic growth
Produce video content for marketing across all business units, including social formats, agency reels, and internal end-of-quarter films
Improve existing content with editing techniques, animation, and design-led treatments
Develop new video formats and styles aligned with industry trends
Collaborate with the design team on templates, motion graphics, branded overlays, and brand alignment
Support on-site content capture, post-event editing, and general production at live events
Help shape briefs and concepts for larger video projects
Monitor and analyse video and podcast performance
Manage monthly performance reporting and optimise content for engagement and strategic outcomes
Share marketing content internally to drive team engagement
Create platform-specific short-form video and still-image graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in audio production using Adobe Audition
Experience in video production using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut
After Effects and motion graphics experience is advantageous
Experience generating short-form, social-first content from long-form video and audio
Experience working to tight deadlines
Experience reviewing video and podcast performance data and translating it into practical improvements
Comfortable communicating with external guests and internal stakeholders
Keen eye for detail
Ability to work quickly and efficiently within a dynamic team
Skills in creativity, video and audio production, editing, and graphic design
Willingness to learn new ways of working
